Returns
You may return any item from your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team via email at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s). Please ensure that the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. If the items are returned within 14 days of delivery, we will process the refund once the returned products are inspected and approved. The refund will be credited to your account within 7–10 business days from the date the return is approved.
Please note that we only offer refunds for returned items in accordance with this policy. We do not offer refunds for items that are used, damaged, or returned after the 14-day return window.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will guide you through the process and send you an exchange authorization.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
- Products purchased on clearance or with special promotional pricing (unless defective).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Cash on Delivery Orders
Since we only accept cash on delivery as the payment method, no payments are processed through our website. Refunds will be processed via the same method (Cash on Delivery) and will be issued by the delivery agent upon the return of the items.
